What amenities are included in the room?

The rooms come with a bed frame, light, complimentary Wi-Fi, 220v Convenience outlet; 

Does the dormitory have a curfew?

No, we do not give a curfew.

Who will be responsible for cleaning of the units?

Tenants will be the ones responsible for the cleaning of their own units.

Do you accept transient and daily tenants?

No, we currently do not accept daily tenants. 

Are daily stays inclusive of utility charges?

Yes, they are inclusive of basic utility charges. High consuming appliacned like irons, heating pots, electric cooking appliances are not included. Separate Pay-per use outlets are designated for these appliances.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking in any part of the property is strictly prohibited. Violators caught smoking may be charged a fine.

Can I bring pets inside?

No, the bringing of pets is strictly prohibited.

Are guests allowed inside the property?

You may bring guest inside the property provided that they do not disturb the peace and order of the property. We do not allow guests to stay overnight and tenants found violating this rule may be charged a fine and may be evicted.

Can I cook inside the unit?

No, we have designated areas for cooking.

Does the property have parking space for tenants available?

No.

Will you allow me to move in even if I have not paid yet?

No, we strictly we require all tenants to pay the one month advance rent. We don't Collect security deposits.

What are the payment terms?

Our payments terms will be one month advance. No Security Deposit.

Are there age requirements for tenants?

Tenants must at least be 18 years old.

When is the due date?

Rent is due within 5 days before the start of the following month.

Is Co-ed sharing allowed?

No; Ladies only.

Is there a minimum lease term for long term rental?

Minimum lease term is 1 month.

What happens if we pre-terminate our lease agreement?

We appreciate that you inform the building staff 1 week ahead of the exit for us to prepare for your pre-termination documents.

Is there Wi-Fi in the property?

Yes, Wi-Fi is provided to all our tenants free of charge. Faster bandwidhts are available at an extra charge.

Is there laundry available on the property?

We currently do not offer laundry services but there are several laundry shops that we can recommend to you in the surrounding area.

Can I bring my own appliances?

Yes, but these have to be approved by the management. Limites to fans and Chargers, or study lamps only.

Can we go over the maximum number of persons for a unit and just pay an extra person charge?

In order to minimize the wear and tear of our units, we do not allow tenants to go above the maximum capacity of a unit.

What are the essentials that I should bring when I check-in?

Our tenants should bring their own mattress, pillows, blankets, towels and linens. Should tenants wish to bring their own appliances, they may do so with the prior approval of management. Appliances that are deemed hazardous by the management will not be allowed since we want to ensure the safety and well being of all our tenants.
